Featuring a 75 000 square foot jungle, all-inclusive waterfalls, streams and an automated sensory-rain-system much like the rainforest climate.
Dubai’s new twin tower structure, the Rosemont Hotel, and Residences will soon become a striking addition to the city’s dynamic skyline. This luxury hotel features the world’s best, and first ever indoor rainforest – set to open its doors anytime soon.
The grand architecture which seats on over 2 million square ft. of hotel, leisure, and residential space; artificial beach and glass-bottom pool suspended above the beautiful streets of Dubai.
Tropical plants and custom trees will fill the podium-level of the hotel’s lush green environment in its man-made rainforest – in stark contrast to the surrounding desert. Its Trampoline Park, on-site bowling alley, and laser tag arena will be accessible to both residents and guests.
Rosemont Hotel and Residences’ 53-story twin-tower structure has already won architectural awards for its shell and a pearl design that will include 450 rooms, a spa, a cozy dining restaurant, and a rooftop infinity pool (one that will offer swimmers some stunning panoramic views of the city’s extraordinary skyline). Its residential tower will house 280 apartments.
This magnificent architecture’s 75,000-square-ft man-made jungle mirrors an ancient Jurassic-inspired marsh; its splash pool, sand–less beach, and rainforest café are breathtaking, and the entire development is budgeted at $550m (£424m).
The 5-star hotel will be managed by Hilton Hotels under the brand name, Curio Collection.
